We want you to be satisfied with Turbulence Forecast. This Refund Policy explains when and how you can receive a refund for subscription purchases.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a full refund within 30 days of your initial subscription purchase if you are not satisfied for any reason. To request a refund within this period, contact us at hello@britetodo.com with your order details.

Renewal Charges

Subscription renewals (monthly or annual) are not refundable after the renewal date has passed. If you do not wish to renew, cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You will continue to have access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.

How to Cancel

You can cancel your subscription at any time by: logging into your account and navigating to Subscription Settings; or contacting us at hello@britetodo.com. Cancellation stops future charges but does not automatically trigger a refund for the current period (unless within the 30-day guarantee window).

Processing Refunds

Approved refunds are processed through Paddle.com Market Limited (our payment processor) and typically appear in your account within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
