These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of turbulence-forecast.com operated by Brite Technologies LLC ("we", "us"). By accessing the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Turbulence Forecast provides historical and forecast turbulence data for commercial flight routes. The Service includes free access to route data and optional paid subscription plans with additional features.
You may use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to: scrape or systematically download data; resell or redistribute Service content; attempt to bypass access controls; use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws.
Paid subscriptions are billed through Paddle.com Market Limited, our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles all payment processing and is the seller of record for all transactions. Subscription fees are charged in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on the plan selected). You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.
Turbulence data is provided for informational purposes only. We make no warranty that turbulence forecasts are accurate or complete. Do not make flight safety decisions based solely on data from this Service. Always follow the guidance of airline crew and official aviation authorities.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Brite Technologies LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
All content on this Service, including route data, text, and design, is the property of Brite Technologies LLC. You may not reproduce or redistribute content without written permission.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
